Certified IFS Therapist

As a clinical therapist, I value being compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and professional in my work. I understand the commitment and energy it takes to invest in the counseling experience and do all that I can to help you navigate life's obstacles while receiving support and acceptance.

In our work together, my goal is to:

  • Create a safe space where you feel heard, accepted, validated and understood.

  • Guide you in understanding inner thoughts and feelings with courage and compassion.

  • Help you mindfully engage with both your inner and outer world.

  • Help you connect to your Self empowerment to release and heal emotional burdens.

Below you will find information on my credentials, experience and therapeutic style. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

  • I work with Virginia residents and clients ages 18+.

    • Residential treatment programs

    • Home-based counseling

Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness are two evidence-based, life-enriching therapies that I incorporate in my treatment. By use of techniques from these practices, I help individuals recognize and overcome unhelpful patterns that contribute to distress and suffering. Individuals also learn to be in the present putting a stop to endless cycles of reliving the past or worrying for the future. My work is my passion and I strive to help individuals overcome obstacles to connect with what brings meaning, healing, and personal growth in their lives.

I serve all Virginia residents included, but not limited to Northern, VA and Richmond, VA.
